When and where is the event taking place?

The Sudbury Poutine Festival will be held August 2nd – 4th, 2024 at Bell Park (Grace Hartman Amphitheatre).

Festival hours are as follows:
Friday 12pm to 11pm
Saturday 12pm to 11pm
Sunday 12pm to 6pm

How can I apply to be part of the festival?

How much does it cost to attend?

Nothing! The festival is free admission to all. This also includes admission to the musical acts.

However, we are raising money for charities, organizations and causes. Please look for our Donations tent in order to give a little and help out a great cause!

Is the event all ages?

Yes, even for the evening concerts!

Is it cash only?

No. Some vendors accept debit/credit. There will also be 3 ATMS on site.

Are there vegan/vegetarian options available?

Yes. See our event map located at the bottom of this page for vendor information.

Are there gluten free options available?

Yes. See our event map located at the bottom of this page for vendor information.

Can I bring my dog?

No. Only service animals are allowed on event grounds.

What else am I allowed to bring?

Here are a few other items permited on the grounds during the festival:

  • baby strollers
  • small bags/purses
  • picnic blankets
What is *NOT ALLOWED* on site?

The following items are not permitted on site during the festival:

  • outside food and drinks
  • lawn chair
  • beach umbrellas
  • coolers
  • RVS / campers
  • Pets (with exception to service animals)
Is the festival licensed?

Event grounds are fully licensed during the festival and will feature Labatt products.

Drink tickets must be purchased and a bracelet indicating legal drinking age must be worn at all times.
